1 medium-size ripe banana (one with a few brown spots is perfect)
1 tablespoon cocoa powder
¼ cup low-fat or fat-free plain yogurt
¼ cup low-fat or fat-free milk
- Put the banana, cocoa powder, yogurt, and milk into a blender.
- Cover the top of the blender and blend the mixture until it’s smooth.
- Pour the smoothie into glasses.
Makes 1 serving
Safety tip: To prevent injuries, an adult should supervise use of the blender.
