Frozen Yogurt Hearts


Frozen yogurt hearts.1 cup of fresh or frozen berries, such as blackberries, blueberries, raspberries, or strawberries (if frozen berries are used, thaw for 1 hour)

1 cup low-fat or fat-free plain yogurt


  1. Place berries in a blender and blend until they are coarsely chopped.
  2. Add the yogurt and blend until smooth.
  3. Pour the mixture into heart shaped ice-cube trays and freeze for 3 to 4 hours or until frozen.

Makes 5 servings

Safety tip: To prevent injuries, an adult should supervise use of the blender.
