Fruit and Veggie Cones


Fruit and veggie cones.1 cup carrots, grated

1 cup celery, chopped

1 cup apple, chopped

2 tablespoons low-fat mayonnaise

1 teaspoon lemon juice

4 small cake ice cream cones


  1. Mix the carrots, celery, apple, mayonnaise, and lemon juice together in a bowl.
  2. Scoop the mixture into ice cream cones.

Makes 4 servings
