Orange Slushes


Orange slushes.20 ice cubes

½ teaspoon vanilla extract

½ cup low-fat or fat-free plain yogurt

2 cups orange juice


  1. Put the ice cubes in the blender.
  2. Add the vanilla extract, yogurt, and orange juice.
  3. Blend on high for about 1 minute or until the drink is well mixed.

Makes 3 to 4 servings

Safety tip: To prevent injuries, an adult should supervise use of the blender.
