4 low-fat mozzarella string cheese sticks
8 thin pretzel sticks
4 chives or green onion tops, sliced in half lengthwise
- Cut the cheese sticks in half.
- Using a small knife, cut the bottom half of each cheese stick into strips.
- Push a pretzel stick into the uncut end of the cheese stick.
- Wrap the cheese with the chive or thin strip of green onion and tie a knot.
Makes 8 servings
