½ cup low-fat or fat-free milk
1/3 cup low-fat or fat-free plain yogurt
1/3 cup strawberries
½ medium-size banana
4 ice cubes
- Put all the ingredients in a blender.
- Cover the blender and blend until the mixture is smooth.
