6 plum tomatoes
½ white or yellow onion
½ cup fresh cilantro
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Dash of garlic powder or 1 teaspoon finely chopped garlic Baked tortilla or corn chips
- Chop the tomatoes, onion, and cilantro into small pieces and mix together in a bowl.
- Add the lemon juice and garlic powder or chopped garlic.
- Mix all the ingredients together.
- Serve with baked tortilla or corn chips.
Makes 10 to 12 servings
