1 small seedless watermelon
1 cup low-fat or fat-free cottage cheese
½ cup blueberries
- Cut the watermelon into ½-inch-thick slices, then use a star-shaped cookie cutter to cut the slices into stars.
- Top each star with a teaspoonful of cottage cheese.
- Place a blueberry on top of the cottage cheese.
