Eileen: It is in the act of engaging, it is not the task per se of writing down people's strengths and needs, but in the partnership of setting authentic goals with families, that would be meaningful. Make a difference in their lives, make a difference in your life, and, hopefully, make a difference in the life of the community in which you find yourselves residing at the moment together.
Angélica: Padre se abre más, la familia se abre mucho más a explicarnos, bueno, "o tengo algún problemita o — ¿Qué tú piensas? Esto me está pasando ¿Tú crees que puede ser que necesito una persona?" So, yo creo que es una manera mucho mejor de hablar a la familia, a la familia uno tiene que hablarle y preguntarle cosas de una manera diferente, no solamente — tan seca, y entonces, a esa manera que uno le habla, entonces, el padre se puede abrir mejor, se abre mejor, porque realmente se da cuenta de que tú quieres ayudarlo, entonces, es -- ahí tienes mejor respuesta y mejores cosas para poder tú usar al final, saber cuáles son las cosas que los padres necesitan — saber que, maybe, necesitan ayuda en ciertas áreas y en ciertas áreas no. En ciertas áreas tienen, están muy bien, están — tienen una fuerza grandiosa, en otras áreas tienen poquita, entonces, ahí puedes tunar mejor y hacer tú un resumen mejor de todo.
